When will I receive my order?

We know how much you’re looking forward to this special arrival. Your piece begins its journey as soon as you order. Here’s a rough guide to when it will reach your station:

  • North America: around 12 business days
  • Europe: around 7 business days
  • Australia: around 7 business days
  • South Korea: around 5 business days

How can I track my order?

Every keepsake needs a little time to be prepared for its long voyage. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to hand-check your order and clear customs export. Can I return my order?

We want you to feel nothing but joy when you open your parcel. If for any reason it doesn’t feel right, you can return your unused, non-customized item in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it. Please understand that customized pieces (such as engraved rings) are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
